2013 Indiana State Fair Grand Champion Colored Fleece - Cormo/Border Leicester Cross - D-RV-13-17
2013 Indiana State Fair Grand Champion Colored Fleece - Cormo/Border Leicester Cross - D-RV-13-17
This grand champion fleece is from a ewe named Alice and she is part of the award winning Westfield Woolies flock. This is next-to-the skin soft and well worth the award she won. Price if for 4 ounces. This is on sale! The reason is that this fiber is a little on the sticky side from the lanolin. It washes out beautifully, but it makes it a little bit of a challenge to draft - not much, but a little - if spun straight from the roving. Because of that we are discounting it $0.50 per ounce bringing the price down from $4.00 per ounce to $3.50.
